Discussion guide

What the discussion guide is for

This guide will help you choose where, when and how you want to talk with the other parent, as well as organising what issues you want to talk about. You could ask the other parent to work through the guide separately so you both have a plan when you start to talk.

How to use the discussion guide

You can read the discussion guide online, or you can download the discussion guide worksheet. The worksheet has space for you to make notes as you plan your conversation.
