Textphone: 0800 988 9888. Textphones are for people who find it hard to speak or hear clearly. If you do not have a textphone, some libraries or citizens advice bureaus may have one. Textphones do not receive text messages from mobile phones.

Other than the information requested, please do not provide personal information that could be used to identify you, your children or your ex-partner.

We cannot answer enquiries about existing Child Support cases by email. Email is not secure and personal data could potentially be intercepted by a third party. If you already have a case with the Child Support Agency please call the regular Agency number shown on letters from the CSA. You may be redirected to another number for your local area.
